As CEO/CFO of Ambient Environmental, Inc., Ms. Payne leads the direction of the company and interacts with the State and Federal contracts on a day to day basis.

Mr. John L. Payne is the Vice President and founder of Ambient Environmental, Inc. Mr. Payne has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. 

Technical development and overview of all consulting services.  Develops specifications and work plans for asbestos, lead and mold abatement/remediation projects.  Responsible for coordinating and managing all projects for the company.  Provides complete project management for asbestos surveys, lead surveys, Indoor Air Quilt Studies, abatement projects (Asbestos/Lead) and Phase I-II and II studies.

Mr. Lane has worked in the field of environmental management since 1985.  As the Operations Director for Ambient Environmental, Inc. he is responsible for the day-to-day management of technical, field, engineering, design and construction personnel.  He has managed the installation and operation of surface and subsurface remediation projects, including enhanced and augmented bioremediation, pump and treat, and ACVS with alternate MOS capabilities.
